Srishti has been an absolute lifeboat, at a time I felt lost and drifting she kept me afloat. Patient and persistent, she’s been the anchor I’ve long needed. Guiding me through life, advising and listening she’s formed a strong bond over time and earned my trust with her calming presence. Call it fate, but I’m glad I found her, for I cannot even imagine my weeks ahead without her weekly presence. Not only do I look forward to them, I miss them when I have to reschedule. She’s flexible, honest and to the point, perhaps finally someone who truly understands me.

I've been taking Srishti's help for 6 months now and it has been going well for me. I feel much more stable and slowly feel less dependant on therapy but look forward to it for clarity and balance. She always puts you at ease and creates a non-judgmental environment- I've never had any issue putting forth anything to her from day 1. She also pays special attention to emergency situations - and offers flexibility in her service to suit students and professional needs- I highly recommend sessions with her.

The sessions that I have had with Srishti have been eye-opening to say in the least. The discussions with her have prompted me to take a better look at what I am doing and when I do it, all the while being cognizant of the big picture as well. It has been very helpful and I feel like a huge burden of anxiety and stress is being slowly lifted off of my shoulders.
